INSTORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY, AND LIMITED WARRANTY

Exchange or return your item anytime within 14 days after the original purchase date as indicated on the receipt based on the conditions described below. Return and Exchange Policy for Items Purchased at a Genius Repair, Inc.

To return or exchange an item purchased at Genius Repair, Inc. Please follow this policy: If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of the original purchase date as indicated on the receipt for either a full refund of the purchase price including applicable taxes or you may exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value and you will receive a refund for the difference (if applicable)., If the item you purchased was defective, you will receive a full refund including applicable taxes., The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a refund. See Return Exceptions below. Return Exceptions Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, which include:, Custom products and products that have been personalized, Consumable items such as batteries, Opened/Used Screen protectors or Tempered Glass., Items that are damaged or abused or had been subject to liquid damage, Items showing any clearly visible damage (e.g. the item is either broken, cracked, smashed, etc.), Items that are missing a component or accessories, such as cords or cables, An unapproved item disassembly which exposes internal components of the item which are intended to remain within protective casing. Original Receipt You can ONLY receive a refund or exchange if you bring the original receipt.

Refund or Exchange Policy If you want to receive a refund or exchange please follow these steps:, You must return the item within 14 days after the original purchase date as indicated on the receipt, You must have the original receipt, All components must be included, (i.e. wires, chargers, etc.). , If you choose to exchange the item for a more expensive item than the item you had originally purchased, then you would owe the difference in price, and if you choose to exchange the item for a less expensive item than the one you had originally purchased, then you will receive a refund for the difference. Refund Method Credit Card or Debit Card: When the item was purchased with a credit card or debit card a refund of the purchase price including applicable taxes, back to the credit card or debit card used at the time of making the purchase. Cash: Cash refunds will be in the form of a check which will be mailed to you within 10 business days of your return. Promotional Items and Bundles Genius Repair, Inc. occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together. When an item that was purchased together with a promotional item is returned, the value of the discount on the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. For instance, if you purchase a protective snap on case and get 50% off a car charger and the return the protective snap on case, 50% of the value of the car charger. When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be subtracted from the refund. This occasionally results in additional funds being owed.

Purchase of PREPAID  plans are not refundable once added to account.

CELL PHONE PURCHASE:  All cell phone come with a 7 day warranty.  If returned they must be in the same condition as purchased with all accessories, manuals and packaging.

Limited Warranty for Wireless Device Repair The below Warranty is for repairs that are performed ONLY at Genius Repair, Inc. Genius Repair, Inc. warrants its original repair against defects in material and workmanship for Six Months (180) days from the date of the repair. For repairs covered by this limited warranty, if the original repair fails as a result of the quality of the part we installed or the workmanship in repairing the device, we will attempt to repair your device again, free of charge. If we are unable to repair your phone we will refund the cost you paid for the repair. Repairs may include the use of refurbished parts or products. This warranty is limited to the repair that was performed by the Location and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the repair. In the event of a defect in material and workmanship, these are your exclusive remedies. Items that have been damaged through normal wear and tear or customer use or abuse are not covered. This limited warranty does not cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property not sold to you by the Location. Customer abuse includes without limitation dropping a phone or other mobile device. Additionally, this warranty does not cover: (1) any device that has been exposed to additional physical damage after the date of repair, (2) any device that has been repaired by a third party other than the Location after the date of the repair, (3) Screen warranty is limited to digitizer and pixels in the LCD, cracking of the glass due to dropping or other physical damage is not covered and voids repair warranty,   or (4) any device that has incurred water/liquid damage at any time, including in the event that the repair was intended to fix water/liquid damage. There is no warranty for a device when water/liquid damage has occurred. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
